Modeling and Simulation on the Hydraulic System of High-speed Bar Cutting Machine

Point to the character of the high-speed cutting process,a new high-speed hydraulic-pneumatic bar cutting machine with the radical direction clamping was researched and developed.The large-scale hydraulic system modeling method which is combined analytical method with experiment identification method was introduced.By means of the large-scale hydraulic system method,mathematic mode and simulation model were established.The dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic system in high-speed bar cutting machine was researched.And the simulation result shows that the hydraulic system possesses better dynamic characteristics.The Large-scale hydraulic system method is accurately coincident with actual system and it can be widely used for hydraulic system analysis.It is shown from practice that the production efficiency and the quality of cross section were improved effectively using the high speed hydraulic-pneumatic bar cutting machine.
