Application of inverse dynamic modeling to a seriesparallel hybrid electric bus
In this paper,we present the application of inverse dynamic modeling to series-parallel hybrid electric bus.A driver model and an energy management system are employed to convert the power train system to a single-in-single-out system,so as to meet the request of being a quadratic system. The final system has only one input from the accelerator pedal or brake pedal and the only output is the vehicle speed.Power train components are modeled on map files and experimental data.Different drive mode causes varying system order and different states are discussed. The internal dynamics of the system is finally solved by coordinate changes.By using a comprehensive power train simulation package, the proposed application is evaluated numerically.
