Manufacturing System Optimization Control for Special Equipment Industry
This paper proposed an integrating manufacturing system,data warehouse and production index optimization function of MES.And with the background of the practical demands of special equipment industry,with model of Browser/Server (B/S) and program as microsoft.NET,Visual C++,SQLSever2000 was introduced.The paper presents architecture of MES for special equipment industry and describes function of quality management modules.The Special equipment enterprise MES carries out the information fusion and combination between PCS and ERP,which has built a basis for implementation the optimization control and management of production process,to improve enterprises synthesis competition ability.Meanwhile,this paper takes a thorough research on MES of Special equipment enterprise and proposes the SPC applications function to design a manufacturing execution system which takes production quality as the core to realize the optimization production indexes.This system has been applied to the pressure vessels Special equipment plant and the production efficiency is increased.The successful implementation of this system has explored a new method for the Special equipment production industry.
