Using two perpendicular rotations for controlling flexible satellite
The minimal controller synthesis is an extension of hyperstable model reference adaptive control algorithm.The aim of minimal controller synthesis is to achieve excellent closed-loop control despite the presence of system parameter variations,external disturbances,dynamic coupling within the system and system nonlinearities.The minimal controller synthesis was successfully applied to the problem of decentralized adaptive schemes.The decentralized minimal controller synthesis algorithm is proposed in this paper for controlling flexible satellite.The description of attitude kinematics of the rotational motion of the satellite is considered based on two perpendicular rotations.The simulation results show the effectiveness and robustness of this algorithm.
