Robust control of uncertain sampled-data systems with poles constraint based on proportional–integral state observers

In order to solve the problems of observer errors big for traditional observer in practical systems with disturbances and noises, the proportional-integral state observers of a class of sampled-data systems with disturbances and uncertainty were researched. The approach for region poles constraint was proposed.By researching disturbances with fast time-varying and slow time-varying respectively,a class of sufficient conditions for the sampled-data systems was given by virtue of robust control theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) method. At the same time, the robust control law and state observer gains were derived. At last,a numerical example is presented to illustrate the validity of this approach.
