FININTE ELEMENT MODEL AND ANALYSIS OF DONGYING YELLOW RIVER BRIDGE

This paper aims to develop a three-dimensional finite element (FE) model of Dongying Yellow River Bridge for structural health monitoring and safety assessment. Detailed introduce on the process of modeling and modifying are provided, and then the FE model is applied for static and modal analysis. The results calculated by FE model are compared with those from field test and show that the developed FE model of Dongying Yellow River Bridge is valid to some extent and can be used as the basic model of bridge in the analysis of structural health monitoring system.
