Mechanism analysis and feature extraction for the typical fault of high speed turbopump

The reasons of the turbopump rotor blade abruption and abscission are firstly analyzed in this paper. Then, the vibration features of the typical fault are studyed by the analysis of dynamics and turbopump test data, and the frequency features revealing effectively the typical fault are selected. Finally, the extraction method of these frequency features is researched. By means of resample technology, the speed variation influence on the frequency features is driven out to extract the steady frequency features, which can lay foundation of the typical fault detection and diagnosis.
