Performance Control in Supply Chain Innovation Coordination

摘要：

Based on the analysis of the common cooperation mode and innovation coordination mode in supply chain, the problem of supply chain innovation coordination was studied, in which the manufacturer subsidizes the innovation activities of its supplier, in the case where the market demand for the manufacturer’s product is a multiplicative function of the product price set by the manufacturer. The discrete optimization models for manufacturer and supplier were built, respectively, and discussed the sufficient condition for manufacturer to provide the innovation coordination policy, and for supplier to accept the policy, and for the innovation coordination policy to be effective and feasible.
