CAS Based Enterprise Information Resource Integration Modeling

With the gradual progress of the informatization construction of the enterprises, the size of the enterprise information system which is established by the enterprise with different software and hardware is larger, and the system structure is more complicated, as well as the intensity of the information resources is higher, which makes inner-enterprise information resources integration more complex. On the other hand, with the economy globalization, the development of the market integration, the exacerbated trend of the diversification and individuation of customer demand, the enterprises need to gradually establish the supply chain management based general integrated information system and the operational environment to support the work of the virtualized enterprises, which let the different-level decision makers take the full use of the integrated information to make the prompt reaction and the optimal decisions to the changes of the outer environment. The enterprise itself and the outer environment are considered as complex adaptive systems (CAS) because they are live and changing with other enterprises and environment. So this thesis analyzed the EIRI problem from the CAS theory aspect, objective to analyze the theory and practical problems of the EIRI from the point that the enterprises are adapting the commercial ecological environment.
