The Coordinate Strategy of Supply Chain Based on Price Discount under Random Demand
The complex supply chain structure makes the high coordination become extremely difficult, at the same time, also hamper the optimizing process of the profit in supply chain process, in a certain extent. We found One-To-Many supply chain system model of multi-cycle operation to solve this issue, and then research on the impact of random demand environment on supply chain system structure, and the proper coordination strategy of price discount, in virtually, it is based on quantity coordination strategy and time coordination strategy. Comparing with the traditional dispersion decision of downstream and upstream enterprises, the coordination mechanism what we founded can improve the coordination extent and the whole profit of the supply chain. The key point of this two kinds of coordination is to coordinate the proper order strategy and the reasonable method of profit assignment, the ordering strategy that the quantity, price and leading time are decided together by upstream and downstream enterprises is acceptable, the profit assignment method which the coordination factor is decided by the cost savings and benefit is a more advanced profit coordination method.
