Enterprise Modelling for Information System Requirements: Application to Drug Circuit in Hospital

摘要：

Under the various current constraints, the health care organisations know an irreversible evolution. Their organization is inspired by industrial approaches centred on the concept of customer, process and cartography of competences. In fact, their management requires more than ever adapted and reliable indicators, and better information systems. These concepts apply particularly to the circuit of the drug, a transverse process of care, badly controlled today on the level of the hospitals as shown in the first reports of HAS certification.
