The Impact of Induction Room on Operating Theatre Performance
Nowadays, health care facilities are more and more subject to important cost reduction. The operating theatre department is a sector of strategic importance that represents 10 to 15% of the annual hospital budget. In this context, it is therefore essential and urgent to use this costing sector well while providing patients with high quality service. The objective of this article consists in studying the setting up of induction room in a operating theatre department in order to better use the operating rooms. In this study, we will look at evaluating the impact of this related service on operating theatre performances.
