Game Analysis on Information Resources Integration between Enterprises

摘要：

At the basis of game theory, the problems about information resources integration between enterprises are analyzed both in static game and dynamic game of perfect information. After analyzing the long-term and short-term profit, it is concluded that enterprises will choose the strategies that integrate information resources with other enterprises, as long as the excess profits which due to not choosing the integration strategies don’t outclass the return of implementing information resources integration with other companies.
