Research on the Evaluation System of VMI Alliance and Its Dynamic Management Model
To facilitate the core enterprises to implement dynamic management on their VMI Alliance and establish long-term supply chain cooperation, this paper introduces a dynamic management model based on group fuzzy AHP. Firstly, this method gets the weight through combine the judgment matrix in the time cycle. Then, the performance analysis will begin. This method not only includes the fuzzy in judgment, but also considers that the evaluation procedure shall change in the time cycle. Thereby it can effectively solve the problem of attribute value and its weight changing with the time frame in the multi-attributes decision method. Finally examples are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
