Post Project Evaluation: State of Art and Challenges

摘要：

Project Management is a really hot topic nowadays, but most scholars pay their attention to the methods and techniques of project management, neglect the proof and evaluation works for project. The author highlights the functions of Post Project Evaluation，outlines its state in China and other countries, and points out its development trends. Then a broad overview of main methods for dealing with post-evaluation is presented. At last, the structure of IPESS which is advanced evaluation support system is introduced, and other future research directions in this discipline area are also addressed.
