Businesses Development Tendency Analysis Based on Multi-Criteria Decision Grey Relation Projection Method

摘要：

Whether the businesses should be abandoned or transformed, which may be made sure by the core competence/strategy leverage comprehensive analytic approach. For the abandoned or transformed businesses, if we research their development tendency by the dynamic dimension, we can obtain more unambiguous information. We applied multi-criteria decision grey relation projection method to evaluate the development tendency of the abandoned or transformed businesses in this paper. Experiment shows the reliability of the choosing businesses method.
