The Property Companys Risk Evaluation of Real Estate Property Selection based on Linguistic Information
The competition is very hard in the property field, and the profit margin is very narrow, it is very difficult to run a property enterprise nowadays. One reason caused this situation is that the property company don’t seriously consider the coming risks of property when they take over a new property. The sources of property risks are analyzed first, and then the process for fuzzy and comprehensive evaluating property risk is defined here. It is hard to get exact figure for risk evaluation, but it is easy to provide fuzzy information in the form of language evaluation. The risk assessment information is transformed to 2--tuple linguistic representation, and the importance of assessment information is transformed to triangular fuzzy number. During the transform process from triangular fuzzy number to the weight of risk factor, a modality center average will be used. Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the property management company will understand the risk level of the property, so the risk will be avoided or reduced. At last, an example is given to illustrate the usage of the proposed approach.
