Credit Card Decision Prediction Based on RBF Neural Network and Bayes Rules
There are many ways to predict credit card decision. A problem is that data needs to be discretized, and many possible categorical limits for continuous data are possible. This paper presents an approach to discretize data, then gives the neural network approach to class the data, the parameters of the hidden layer are defined by clustering analysis, the arguments of the the linear output layer are determined by way of Least Squares Algorithm. Finally applies a Bayesian probability approach to assign observations to binary output categories. The result shows that the method is feasible.
