A Model on Multi-Inventory Dynamic Distribution System

In this paper, firstly, we analyze the characteristic of customers’ need and relate the necessity to select the inventory site. At the same time, we research multi-depot driven by normally distributed demand from customers; And then, develop a model of multi-depot distribution system subject to stochastic demand and provide a mathematic model of minimum transportation and storage cost; Finally, the process of solving and demonstrate the mechanics of the approach is given through a simple example.
