Integration of Quality Security Environment Requirements through the Elaboration of a Merged Guide and a Reference Model for the Control and Performance Improvement
Today, managers must control their system, whatever a single enterprise or supply chain taking into account all kinds of requirements. A lot of methods and models exist to satisfy cost or lead time performance but very few research works concern the integration and control of Quality with Security and Environment (QSE). This integration is a huge challenge in the sense that a bad control of these aspects can lead to disaster as AZF factory explosion in France. The objective of this paper is to present a contribution to the integration of QSE requirements through the elaboration of a merged guide of three reference standards and the definition of a reference model based on GRAI method for the control of manufacturing system integrating QSE requirements extracted from the guide. So, in a first part, the method of work will be presented. Then the merged guide will be explained and examples of requirements will be given. In a third part, the reference model to control manufacturing system integrating QSE requirements will be presented. In conclusion, perspectives of work will be given.
