Research on the Systematic Integration Schemes of Knowledge Management and ERP systems

In the information age, knowledge, which is nowadays considered to be a fundamental asset of enterprises, is managed by Knowledge management (KM) systems of enterprises. At the same time, ERP systems manage physical assets. Because of global competitions and complicated products, Enterprises are exigent of the integration of KM and ERP, who aim to achieve different goals respectively for enhancing the competitive advantages of enterprises. This paper addresses some systematic schemes on integration implementation of KM and ERP in a enterprise. By discussing the interaction between KM and ERP systems, systematic schemes of the integration implementation are discussed.
