Analysis on the Effect of Plasma on the Transmission Characteristics of Microwave Transmit-receive Switches

摘要：

In this paper the characteristic of plasma in the discharging microwave transmit-receive (TR) switches is analyzed.The transmission characteristics of microwave TR switches are studied when the radar transmits signals and receives signals.The S-parameters of the TR switches are shown in both cases.Finally,the reflection effect of the plasma with different frequency on the incident wave in the resonance slot of the TR switches is discussed.
