A new approach to multiply windows frequency estimation using neural network

摘要：

Technique of multiple windows frequency estimation integrating SVD offers a efficient method which estimate interference temperature in radio frequency environment.Since this paper uses a way which SVD integrate the neural network,the complexity of tradition arithmetic was predigested and improved the nicety of estimating interference temperature.At the same time,the paper provides a good method for estimating the real time interference temperature in complex radio frequency environment.
