Application of a New Isotropic Absorbing Boundary Condition (ABC) with PML in Optimal Chiral Absorbing Condition Research

摘要：

A new absorbing boundary condition (ABC) with PML for isotropic medium is deduced by functional way without D’Alembertian annihilation or factorization technique.Then,the new ABC is applied to optimal chiral medium absorbing condition research and hollow chiral sphere shielding effectiveness research.
