MPSTD Analysis of Metal Resonators

摘要：

In this paper,the MPSTD algorithm is applied to model the metal resonators,such as rectangular resonators and coaxial resonators.The resonant frequencies of the metal reso-nators are analyzed by MPSTD.The numerical results indicate that the MPSTD algorithm is accurate and efficient to analyze the metal resonators.
