Measurement and Management over the Internet for Satellite Communication Channel State Monitor

A measurement and data management system overthe Internet, which is used for the satellitecommunication channel state monitor, is addressed inthis paper. The system is very useful for the smallground station of satellite communication. Theadvantage of the system is to use Internet as controlnetwork. This system can operate the SpectrumAnalyzers and signal sources over the Internet. Thedata is record in a server. The system security isdiscussed also since the system is very important.
