Cooperative Learning of Bayesian Network Structure Based on PG Algorithms

摘要：

Bayesian network (BN) has become an important andpowerful method for representing and reasoning withun-certainty, and has been widely used in artificialintelligence and knowledge engineering. In this paperwe give an introduction about Bayesian networks, anddiscuss the related work on leaning Bayesian networks.Then we present an efficient algorithm for cooperativelearning of BN structure that can combine priorknowledge with the given database. And then we give astudy case in business intelligence to demonstrate thefeasibility of the algorithm. Eventually, we concludewith some discusses of the future work.
