Individual Behavior in Digital/Virtual Environments

This article presents an analysis of two cases carriedthrough with the purpose of identifying ways in whichstudents and teachers act in order to constructknowledge in digital/virtual distance learningenvironments. The analysis used chat registers ofmeetings in two courses developed at a distance.
