Research of Networked Manufacturing System for Specialized Economic Region
Aiming at the characteristics of specializedeconomic region in Zhejiang province, P.R. China, thepattern to accelerate the development and therequirements to Networked Manufacturing (NM) areanalyzed Based on that, put forward the scheme ofnetworked manufacturing system oriented to ShaoXingspinning region, this system is composed of commonNM platform, regional NM platform of ZhejiangProvince, NM platform of ShaoXing spinning region,and the portal of system. Then integrate these platformsand portal with enterprises application using EAI(Enterprises Application Integration) based on WebService. ASP (Application Service Provider) pattern isadopted to implement this system, and ProductivityBoosting Center of ShaoXing is the ASP, which takescharge the maintenance and operation of this system.Enterprises access this system in a hierarchical useraccess control model At last, the physical architectureof this system is provided based on the expandabilityand security.
