On Key Technology of Solid Collaborative Simulation of NC Milling Machining

摘要：

Collaborative NC simulation is the inevitable resultof the development of network collaboration and NCsimulation technologies, and will become one of theimportant parts of comprehensive collaborative CADtechnologies. Definition of the data of collaborative NCsimulation, collaboration of its data, controlling of itsdata and avoidance of conflict during cooperation, arethe four key technologies of collaborative NCsimulation, so are particularly discussed in the paper.Numerically controlled simulation protocol and onemechanism called putting up hand were raised toimplement a prototype system of collaborative NCsimulation. The prototype system was developed basedon Acis 3D Modeling and Hoops toolkits. Systemconstruction, methods of system implementation andexamples are given in this paper.
