Collaborative Shopping Based on Multi-agent in Virtual Environments
Existing E-commerce applications on the Internetprovide the users a relatively simple, browser-basedinterface to access available products. Customers arenot provided with the realistic shopping experience asthey would in an actual store or mall. So this paperpresents a collaborative shopping system based onmulti-agent that can provide the customers withsimulation of the shopping experience in a real world.With the creation and application of the avatar in the3D virtual shopping mall, the customers can changetheir role from hollow-man to human. By thecombination of the sociality with virtual environment,the system can not only imitates realisticcommunication among special customers who arefavorable to the same products but also realize thecommunication between multiple avatars.
