How Can Process Help CSCW?

With the development of economic and technology,the social division of labor intensifies. Workers alwaysneed to work together to fulfill a task Especially insome networked organizations and virtualorganizations, employees scatter all over the world. Sohow to make them work collaboratively becomes moreand more important. The goal of CSCW is to solvesuch problems. Groupware may be one of the solutions,it supplies the platform for collaborative work. Butgroupware cannot solve all the problems, some rulesand procedures are necessary to achieve collaborativework, this is what process can help CSCW. This articlewill introduce process into CSCW and give aframework of how to apply it.
