Improving Project Design through Process Awareness Agents

摘要：

In this paper, we start from a case study of anarchitecture company and move on to a framework ofagents to identify and inform conceptual design. Theprocesses and problems exhibited by the companyinvolved are quite common and can be found in othersimilar companies. Our intent is to instrument thecurrent process using agent technology, in an effort toimprove global awareness during the conceptual designphase, allowing the designers to design so as tofacilitate later steps and optimize the process as awhole.
