The CSCW Lab Ontology for Groupware Evaluation

摘要：

One of the main difficulties faced by a researchgroup is how to accomplish the evaluation ofgroupware tools and prototypes in order to verify if theyanswer the hypotheses outlined at the beginning of theinvestigation. The CSCW Lab is an approach forapplying evaluation methodologies in the context of agroupware research group. In this paper, we present anontology for groupware evaluation where we establishthe main concepts related to the evaluation processesand to the major dimensions of groupware evaluation.
