An Unified Model of Temporal Knowledge and Temporal Data

摘要：

Temporal is the essential characteristic ofinformation. Not only data has the nature of temporal butalso knowledge. With the development of database andinformation technology, temporal information plays avery important role in information systems, even isdecisive to some systems (electronic government affairand decision support system based on the temporal policyknowledge). In this paper temporal Index is adopted torealize the logical unified temporal data view and theseamless conjunction of non-temporal data and temporaldata, and the unified temporal information model oftemporal knowledge and temporal data has beenestablished with temporal attribute.
