CoDMS-Agent Based Cooperative Data Management System

摘要：

With the development of network technologies, datamanagement systems are required to work underdistributed, heterogeneous and autonomous environments.Computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) providesan improved method to manage data comparing withcurrent database management systems. In this paper, wegenerally describe the traditional multi-databasemanagement systems at first. Then by introducing theidea of cooperative, an agent supported datamanagement under cooperative environment (CoDMS) isdeveloped to meet the requirement of cooperativeapplications. The intercommunicating and cooperatingbetween users anddatabases is solved by using cooperative agents.
