The Manufacturing Process Management System Based on Resource Optimal Allocation
Some approaches and strategies of building amanufacturing process collaborative management systemin a digital enterprise environment are introduced. Thesystem is based on resource optimal allocation andcomposed of five subsystems. Firstly, the structure of thewhole systems framework and the function of everysubsystem are discussed. Then the XML-based dataexchange between different subsystems, data accessinterface specification, and the integration pattern basedon XML Web Services are presented in detail. Finally, asuccessful enterprise application of the system isintroduced. The application result shows that the systemis practical and helpful to achieve the order-orientedmanufacturing process collaborative management and thesocial manufacturing resources optimal allocation.Furthermore, it can supply a reconfigurable solution formanufacturing industry.
