Research and Implementation on the System of Integrated Assessment on-line of Urban Environmental Quality

摘要：

In order to evaluate urban environmental quality scientifically, a Multiple Objective Decision-Making Ideal Interval Method (MODMIIM) is presented This paper introduces the theory of MODMIIM, analyzes the architecture of the system and builds different functional modules. In the end the system of integrated assessment on-line of urban environmental quality is developed by the technologies of GIS, GPRS, Data Acquisition,.NET and so on.
