Database of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Herbs: a Bridge between TCM and Modern Science

摘要：

As for deficiency in Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)database at present, this paper design and implement a database, discusses design principles and details of it, substructure query of chemical compounds,2D Structure and 3D Structure display as well.This database includes prescriptions, Traditional Chinese Medicinal Herbs(TCMH) , original plants of TCMH,chemical compounds of plants etc four core tables in total Combined with semantic associations among these four tables, the whole database is an organism,which provides a good tool for research in prescriptions and Traditional Chinese Medicinal Herbs in molecular level.
