The Navigation Teaching Training in Higher Education Based on Computer Technology and Simulation Technique

摘要：

This article aims at the application question of computer technology and simulation technique in the navigation teaching training of higher education,mainly discusses the navigation simulator teaching trainings request of the International Maritime Organization in the STCW 78/95 convention, analyzes the composition and basic construction of the bridge operation simulator, as well as the teaching function of bridge operation simulator and the utilization.
