The Research on Knowledge Management in Digital Library

摘要：

This paper elicits the conclusion that Knowledge Management in Digital Library should include Knowledge-oriented management ,Human-oriented management, and Ability-oriented management as the emphasis formation parts, on the basis of the study on essential theory of Knowledge Management in Digital Library. Then , designing the pattern of Knowledge Management in Digital Library from the three levels——knowledge resources management, human resources management, and organizational construction.
