摘要：

The paper affirms a modern important method of Education in Networks, it is thought highly of all Governments & Society in the worm day by day. It points that, Universities in Networks are some enlargement/extension of the traditional Universities function, the dynamic Education Resources in networks are urgent need of plenty, constructing of educated information networks stations are urgent need of strengthening & improving, and it gives some proposals of making up education resources & information fusion stations in networks based AI-Technology of VCN
