Research on Workflow of Virtual Organization

摘要：

The organization model of virtual organization (VO)and the relationships with organization model of theparticipant organizations are analyzed. Then based onthe Interaction Message Chart (IMC), the workflow of VOintegrating the workflows of participant organizations ispresent, and its validity is researched. Finally theworkflow architecture of VO is proposed and theexperiments and applications are introduced. Theworkflow of VO is easily implemented on the existedworkflows of participant organizations using the methodand architecture, and has the advantages of agility andscalability. The workflow of VO can strongly support theapplications with the characteristics of VO such ascooperative design, E-commerce and grid computing andimprove their efficiency.
