A Love Mode Gas Sensor Coated with Polyaniline/In2O3 for Sensing CO
Love wave devices based on ST-quartzpiezoelectric structure and ZnO guiding layer coatedwith a specific polyaniline/In2O3 are used to detect COgas.This allows to study the sensing theory of thepolyaniline/ln2O3 coating towards CO gas,and todemonstrate the high sensitivity of love wave devicesfor gas detection.We also present a theoretical modelwhich describes wave propagation in love mode devices.Then,we discuss experimental results,in terms of thehigh sensitivity of CO gas,a fast response and recoverywith good repeatability in a stable baseline condition atroom temperature.
