Color Consistency Classification System Based on Fuzzy Neural Network

摘要：

Tile color consistency inspection andclassification is the most difficult problem in tile onlinesurface quality inspection.This paper constructed afuzzy neural network which combined artificial neuralnetwork and fuzzy technique and solved this problem.Artificial neural network was applied to solve theproblem that there is no certain rule because the typeof tile is various and the result needs accord to theones of human vision.Fuzzy technique which cansimulate abstract thinking was applied in the input andoutput of artificial neural network to offset theshortage of the method that only applied artificialnerral network which can only simulate virsulizyingthinking. The result showed that this methodperformed better in speed and precision thantraditional method or only using neural networktechniques.
