A Stereo Video Segmentation Algorithm Combining Disparity Map and Frame Difference

In this paper,an algorithm to segment object fromstereo video is presented.The algorithm combines thestrong points of disparity map with frame difference.First,segment disparity maps to get the objectsegmentation template in different disparity lays.Thenmake frame difference extraction in the templateregions to modify the object edge.After that theprecise motion object has been gotten.The algorithmis low complexity.and easy to realize.From thesimulation results,we can conclude that the algorithmis efficient in segmentation when there is overlappingin different disparity motion objects or the backgroundis moving.
