The Image Processing and Target Identification of Laser Imaging Fuze
Imaging detection can get the geometric shape andexterior features of target in very close distance,andsupply the information for target recognition.Butbecause of the large amount of the information and thereal-time requirement,the image of target is alwaysdistorted and incomplete.To solve this probolem,theimage proecessing and target identification method oflaser imaging fuze are introduced Firstly,a thinningalgorithm for binary image is proposed to get thetarget skeleton.Secondly,the feature of the target isextracted,this kind of feature is very helpful on thehardware design of system.Finally ,the FMW(FeatureMapping Wave)network is developed from M-Pnetwork and ART theory to recognitize target status.This kind of image processing system including planetarget identification and the engagement of missile andplane identification.The validity of the system hasbeen validated
