A united classification system of X-ray image based on fuzzy rule and neural networks
The detection of explosives in passengersluggageis an important area in public traffic security.Thispaper presents a united classification system fordetecting explosives based on fuzzy rule and neuralnetworks.Due to imaging and influence of outerenvironment,preprocessing is firstly needed toimprove the quality of X-ray images.Then,a testpattern may be considered as several possible objectswith different degrees through the multi-level fuzzyclassifier.Finally,the result of multi-level fuzzyclassifier will be reconsidered through the parallelneural networks classifier.From the experienceresults,the united classification system performs well.
