Model Research and System Design of Internal Evaluation of Power Supply Service Quality Based on Improved Fuzzy AHP

Internal evaluation is an important part of theservice quality evaluation of power supply.This paperproposes an index system of service quality internalevaluation which covers all kinds of the electricityservice activities.Also,a model of how to weigh theindexes based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process andTriangular Fuzzy Number Principle is established,tosolve the uncertainty of empowering the indexes.Finally,a technical support system framework thatfeatures of systemization,efficiency,operation andassistant decision,is designead according to theproposed evaluation model.
