The Application of Chaos Genetic Algorithm in the PID Parameter Optimization

With the development of computer technology andartificial intelligence in automatic control field,allkinds of parameters tuning methods of PID controllerhave emerged in endlessly,which bring much energyfor the study of PID controller,but many advancedtuning methods behave not so perfect as to beexpected.GA and chaos optimizing was integrated,byuse of the chaos serials property of ergodicity,randomicity,regularity to generate originalpopulation;adding chaotic fine search to geneticoperation greatly improves the local search ability,which avoids local optimization and prematureconvergence in effect.The results of the simulationdemonstrate that the chaos genetic algorithm hasideal and satisfied optimization result and much betterthan that of common Genetic Algorithm.
